New Takeout Area Open - suite #14  See our extensive list of choices available online then select /pay.   OR Walk-in for Short Menu items available.  We accept all Major Credit / Debit Cards.  After Paying - Just come in to pick up your order based on time notification sent to you.  We are preparing food - Not Fast Food.  You  can Pre-Order for different days / days in advance - up to 7 days out.  VEGAN COOKING TODAY TAKE OUT MENU is available.  Go to Online Menu - select Day to pick up, then Time (in black) to pick up, then Location PICKUP.  A menu will appear with what is available for that day/time.  Menus will change by time of day: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening.  "We want to be your VEGAN Kitchen"

Quick, easy lessons on preparing / cooking plant-based foods.   Special Events will be within this category.  No animal products or by-products used. VEGAN (Limited) Catering - Vegan Foods for those wanting non-animal food choices

We are strictly VEGAN.  No animal products: meat, dairy, or eggs used.  Not even honey because we use non-animal by-product substitutes.  There are RAW and COOKED Vegan items to choose from.  We can prepare the food items for your next event: Retirement, Wedding, Graduation, Easter, Holiday event, etc.  We are sorry but we are not able to provide people to serve food at your event at this time.

Vegetarianism - Types of Vegetarianism and Restricted Intake


Vegans do not consume any animal products or by-products. No consumption of red or white meat, fish or fowl. No eggs and dairy. Vegans do not use honey or beeswax, gelatin and any other animal by-product ingredients or products.

Lacto Vegetarian

Lacto-vegetarians do not eat red or white meat, fish, fowl or eggs. However, lacto-vegetarians do consume dairy products such as cheese, milk and yogurt.

Ovo Vegetarian

Ovo-vegetarians do not eat red or white meat, fish, fowl or dairy products. However, ovo-vegetarians do consume egg products.

Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian

Lacto-ovo vegetarians do not consume red meat, white meat, fish or fowl. However, lacto-ovo vegetarians do consume dairy products and egg products. 


Pollotarian: Much like the pescatarian, this “semi-vegetarian” diet restricts  meat consumption to poultry and fowl only. Pollotarians do not consume red meat or fish and seafood

Pescatarian (Pescetarian) and Flexitarian

Pescatarian (Pescetarian) -Restricts their meat consumption to fish and seafood only. Pescatarians do not consume red meat, white meat or fowl. This is considered a “semi-vegetarian” or “flexitarian” diet. (technically not a vegetarian) -

Flexitarian – A plant-based diet with the occasional meat item on the menu. These folks do their best to limit meat intake as much as possible and they have an almost entirely plant-based diet.

We have Moroccan, Ethiopian, Italian, etc.  We will be increasing our menu based on your tastes in foods. 

If its not on the menu let us know and we will prepare it as long as we can obtain the correct spices, seasonings, and base ingredients.  Drop us a line if you have a taste for something we have not cooked yet.
